Ranolar Limited is an indigenous service provider to the oil and gas industry in Ghana. It was incorporated as a limited liability company in Ghana in 2012 to carry on the business of Engineering (EPC), Civil Construction, Pipeline Services, Procurement, Marine Logistics, It is also involved in the marketing, supply, and trading of crude oil and petroleum products (offshore and onshore).

The oil and gas operations are built and operated by employees and it is the highest priority of the company to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for them. The company is constantly searching for new and innovative methods to ensure the safety of employees. The company can proudly say that the level of accidents and injuries is very low in the company compared to the rest of the sector.

Ranolar’s success is dependent on trust and support from all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, suppliers, contractors, Government, and local communities, which is why Ranolar is committed to the highest standards of integrity and sustainability. The company has zero tolerance for corruption and aim to have the maximum level of transparency in our dealing with Government authorities, defending our interests in court when necessary. The company holds that good corporate governance adds shareholder value and, therefore, the majority of our Board is composed of non-executive, independent directors with extensive experience in mining and in running public companies. Going forward, the company intends to further strengthen its corporate governance in order to deliver maximum shareholder value.
